We created another account, filled in name, age, email, and password. When submitted, a second screen comes up, asking for Complete address. My old phone number was already registered with the old account that doesn’t work, so I borrowed a phone from my friend in order to be able to complete the signup process. After Clicking the Register button, we were met by the following text: Your account is blocked. Please contact customer support

We tried again, now from our office IP number but no luck. Next step is to contact the customer support. Casino Extra has a little live chat button to the bottom right in the desktop version. I have to submit name and email address again. I submit the information I used in my last attempts.
